This home is definitely glamourous, but the designers have given it a unique kind of glam – one that makes it stand out and shine exclusively amidst a very spacious setting. In the living area, a white L-shaped sofa along with two bright yellow leather armchairs anchor the room with a plush atmosphere. Globe lighting above and an eye-catching rug below further infuse the space with a futuristically warm appeal. The TV wall with its reflective surfaces complemented by the aquarium next to it are wonderful details to enliven the space. The designers also added on a perfect touch of whimsy by embedding two V-shaped details on the feature wall.
A similar elegance is noticeable at the dining hall where a solid rectangular marble dining table with mirror finishing on its edges sets off a sophisticated vibe. Accommodating ten chairs, the table is pushed against the dry kitchen’s island, creating a sense of balance and proportion to the space. The facing wall is decked in mirror which visually enlarges the area. Once again, the designers used interesting lighting – in this instance, cubic frame pendant lights to inject a unique appearance to the overall theme.
A home devoted to relaxation and enjoyment, the adjacent spaces comprise a games room with a pool table, a TV space and a sunken Jacuzzi with open views of the secluded landscape outdoors. In the games room, the space is kept clean and minimalist with a feature wall displaying a graphic black and white print of a city. In the TV space, illuminated curvilinear strips line the walls to create an otherworldly look, complementing the circular elements on the ceiling.
The Jacuzzi space isn’t the only space in this home to incorporate large windows. On the upper level, a sitting room enveloped by floor-to ceiling glazing looks out to the spectacular views of the poolside and the surrounding serene neighbourhood. The roof garden on this level beautifully adds on to the peaceful atmosphere in this home.
For the master bedroom, a palette of bold colours is harmoniously put together to create a graceful lived-in ambience. The bed is complemented by a dark grey and purple upholstered headboard that makes up the feature wall while a walk-in wardrobe is brightened up by a modern chandelier that matches the pair of pendant lights that hangs above the bed.
