Reflecting a sense of city-inspired luxe, this home showcases a generous display of designer ideas set against a cosy backdrop of neutrals.
A touch of exclusivity is immediately apparent in this 1,500 sqft condo, something that The Roof Studio meticulously incorporated to produce a unique city living atmosphere. To achieve a sophisticated glam effect, bold accents engage the interior’s neutral palette in a distinctive fashion, setting this dwelling apart from other conventional condos.
The living room is given a stunning outcome through the feature TV wall comprising marble finishing that contrasts with bronze-toned mirror surfaces. To soften the look, a cosy sofa blends beautifully with a bright yellow armchair and orange pillows, affording a vibrant outlook against a sleek backdrop. The mirror surface continues on the side wall, expanding to a floor-to-ceiling mirror wall that visually extends the adjacent dining area. Next to it, open shelves lend an edgy look to the overall setting.
At the dining area, a black feature wall offers an eye-catching focal point to complement the dark grey chairs and round stylish marble table. Above, clusters of pendant lights bring in a cosy feel to the space. In the kitchen opposite the dining area, the galley layout is enhanced with the use of wood finishing and a dark backsplash. All around, accessories contribute to the elegantly styled ambience that the designers were going for.
The earthy-lush theme is taken a notch up in the master bedroom where white bedding and dark toned soft furnishing harmoniously put in a romantic mood. Built-in storage area and cabinets maintain the room’s streamlined and clutter-free look while decorative paraphernalia and framed artwork are used to add a personalized touch to the space.
Moving towards the balcony, the space opens out to the spectacular views of the city skyline. To take advantage of the vistas, the designers created a charming semi-outdoor space that comes complete with an easy chair and a side table.
