There’s an unmistakable youthful and vibrant persona that reverberates at Wealth Boutique’s very chic financial training centre designed by IQI Concept Sdn Bhd. Inspired by trendy city interiors in Manhattan, the designers created a beautifully styled space that is highly personalized at the same time – thanks to a cohesive selection of colours and materials as well as decorating accessories.
In the main training hall, a minimalist grey and white palette brings out a calm yet sophisticated look to conjure a conducive environment for learning. Here, tables are covered in black fabric to complement the colour theme while a pair of blue armchairs on the side helps to break the monotony of the palette.
In another room, the space is done up as full-fledged workspace where dark blue walls complement the warm wood flooring and modern work chairs put in a trendy look. Textured paint finishing on another wall creates a decorative effect, blending in with the cosy workplace ambience.
Over at the entertainment room, a living room concept is employed to keep the vibe light and casual. Walls and flooring take on an off-white tone complemented by very light grey hues for a sense of depth. Panelled surfaces are used on the walls to infuse a classic-meets-modern look, complementing the contemporary furniture pieces that anchor the space. To add in colour and visual interest, a brown and white rug is placed in the centre where the circular coffee tables are, matching the dark wood TV cabinet next to it.
Across the room, a pool table is placed next to the pantry kitchen where whitewashed cabinets maintain the minimalist look.
To generate a laid-back feel, the pantry area is given a unique decorative appeal via the use of accessories and furniture. For example, modern-classic bar stools and a vintage clock on the dark grey wall set off a stylish vibe.
