Designed with a unique touch, this home belonging to Astro TV host Siow Hui Min meets and exceeds her expectations for a dwelling that’s immensely comfortable yet reflects her taste and preferences. Thanks to Nu Infinity’s creative vision and innovative ideas, her dream home is turned into reality with the help of high-quality fittings and features from trusted brands.
Upon entering the home, the living area immediately exudes an inviting atmosphere that is both charming and contemporary. Meticulous details gracing the wood feature wall is the first thing to catch the eye before visually bringing you to the rest of the elements in the space. In the centre, a handsome leather sofa from Zolana in light brown anchors the room, matching the Zolano dining table in the dining hall impeccably. To highlight the dining table in the dining area, an eye-catching lighting piece is used to create a decorative effect.
Amid the light and bright palette that reverberates across this home, the ultra-modern kitchen features a predominant grey theme that stands out prominently. To maintain visual continuity, the space is done up as a single kitchen with the same style and cabinetry by Xinmis Concept; however, the cookspaces are separated into a wet kitchen and a dry kitchen with the use of a minimalist glass sliding door.
Moving upstairs, the bedrooms exude the same sophisticated theme seen in the main living spaces. In the first room, the headboard commands attention immediately with warm wood alternated with dark panels while in the master bedroom, the designer kept the headboard to a smooth grey finish to contrast against the mirror wall on the right. Opposite the room, a minimalist study table that extends into the TV cabinet completes the simple yet stylish outlook of the space.
Throughout the home, walls are painted with Kansai Paint to create a soothing atmosphere, while wall plaster and wall finishes from Vasari Malaysia add depth and beauty to the spaces. Outside, biowood decking from GRM Composite Wood is used for the ceiling of the car porch to give the home exterior a stronger appeal. To ensure safety and security, security windows and glass from Window Elements are used along with a Delux Malaysia autogate.
