老屋的建築構造、用材、工藝皆承載著過往的生活思維，彷彿走進一段時空的縮隱，見證早年的人文氛圍。久未有人居住過的老屋充斥著許多舊宅的問題，為求住得安心舒適，屋主蕭慧敏委託 Nu Infinity 設計團隊重整房屋格局、整頓基礎工程，並希望有個通透明亮、有著度假閒適氛圍，兼具滿滿的收納機能的空間。

因應屋主喜愛北歐的簡約和恬然樸實的風格，設計師遵循極簡主義中「少即是多」的設計理念，將其轉化為舒適悠然的住宅美學。
