Set right next to the balcony, the living room is anchored by a plush grey sofa and a sleek TV wall with light brown finishing, matching the wood-inspired details that adorn the surface.
To maintain a spacious and clean-cut appearance, a rectangle table with four seats is placed right next to the open kitchen. The warm brown tone of the table stands out from the dark grey finishing of the kitchen cabinetry, serving as a visual indicator of these two different spaces. A few steps away from the dining table, a sleek black refrigerator complements the cookspace and washbasin. Next to it, a door leads to the laundry room which is done up with modern wood details on the side wall.
Strong geometric details highlight the bedrooms to give the apartment a touch of personality. In the master bedroom for instance, diagonal lines which transpire into triangular shapes set off an impactful visual effect that brings the different textures in the room together.
In the kids’ room, diagonal lines form the outline of gabled roof-shaped niches which serve as the headboards for two single beds. Teal is used as the accent colour to bring out the wood-dominant palette. For the third bedroom, the designers went for a more streamlined and serene theme using a combination of creamy beiges and dark wood tones.
To create a more spacious feeling in the sub-unit bedroom, lower bedframes are used as well as open cabinets to blend functionality with style. A simpler colour theme is employed to maintain a clutter-free ambience. A pantry area is also integrated to give the occupant a functional space for washing and making small and simple meals.
Chic and Cosy: Type B
A minimalist-inspired theme is used for the PV9 Residences’s Type B show unit. Furnishing is kept to a minimal but bold accents are employed to uplift the ambience.
In the living area, a beige sofa is complemented by an eye-catching rug and a composition of photo frames on the wall. The environment is cosy and serene to offer the owners a place they can relax in.
Next to it, the dining area features a rectangle table with red-toned chairs. Two pendant lamps illuminate the space while wall decor adds a touch of personality to the space.
The kitchen presents a beautifully-composed cookspace comprising deep blue elements in the form of the cabinet surfaces and part of the wall. The space leads to the laundry/utility room which continues the colour theme.
In the master bedroom, the headboard wall is adorned with luxurious gold-hued finishing. Simple furniture and finishing keep the room romantically peaceful.
For the children’s room, the bed is tucked to the side wall dressed in a charming wallcovering depicting a starry sky while for the third bedroom, the designer kept it minimal with a beige and white palette.
