Spacious Units from 1,000 Sqft
Sprawled across 5.57 acre of leasehold land, PV9 Residences features two 34-storey towers with a total of 953 units that include dual-key unit types, which makes this property one the best investments within its vicinity.
Wholesome City Lifestyle
Residents can choose from a plethora of exclusive facilties aimed at creating a healthy lifestyle. From sparkling swimming pools, kid’s pool and playground to a basketball court, gym, games room, BBQ pits and a gazebo park, a variety of lifestyle amenities is available to suit different moods and preferences. Over at the rooftop, a zen-inspired sky garden with lush tropical plants is the perfect spot for those who are looking for some peace and quiet after a stressful day at work.
Designed for Dual-Key Living
One of the highlights of PV9 Residences is the condo’s well-conceived Dual-Key unit type. A versatile solution for modern lifestyles, dual-key homes feature two subunits which share a common entrance under one roof. This sort of layout is ideal for multigenerational living or for owners to earn additional rental income.
At PV9 Residences’ Type D unit which features a dual-key layout, the front entrance leads directly to a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom. Further down the foyer hallway, another door opens to the main unit with 3 bedrooms.
If the owner chooses to rent the front bedroom out, this layout makes it possible for both the owner and the tenant to maintain their personal space and privacy. Similarly, should the owners’ parents, in-laws or other family members stay with them, each family can come together easily for meals and conversation in the main living areas while enjoying complete privacy in their own subunits.
Stylishly Functional: Type D (Dual-Key)
To showcase the design possibilities for this dual-key unit type, Platinum Victory presents a beautifully-styled space with cohesive interior aesthetics at their Type D show unit.
The space features a harmonious palette of warm and earth tones complemented by contemporary textures against a minimalist backdrop. Set right next to the balcony, the living room is anchored by a plush grey sofa and a sleek TV wall with light brown finishing, matching the wood-inspired details that adorn the surface.
To maintain a spacious and clean-cut appearance, a rectangle table with four seats is placed right next to the open kitchen. The warm brown tone of the table stands out from the dark grey finishing of the kitchen cabinetry, serving as a visual indicator of these two different spaces. A few steps away from the dining table, a sleek black refrigerator complements the cookspace and washbasin. Next to it, a door leads to the laundry room which is done up with modern wood details on the side wall.
Strong geometric details highlight the bedrooms to give the apartment a touch of personality. In the master bedroom for instance, diagonal lines which transpire into triangular shapes set off an impactful visual effect that brings the different textures in the room together.
In the kids’ room, diagonal lines form the outline of gabled roof-shaped niches which serve as the headboards for two single beds. Teal is used as the accent colour to bring out the wood-dominant palette. For the third bedroom, the designers went for a more streamlined and serene theme using a combination of creamy beiges and dark wood tones.
To create a more spacious feeling in the sub-unit bedroom, lower bedframes are used as well as open cabinets to blend functionality with style. A simpler colour theme is employed to maintain a clutter-free ambience. A pantry area is also integrated to give the occupant a functional space for washing and making small and simple meals.
Chic and Cosy: Type B
A minimalist-inspired theme is used for the PV9 Residences’s Type B show unit. Furnishing is kept to a minimal but bold accents are employed to uplift the ambience.
In the living area, a beige sofa is complemented by an eye-catching rug and a composition of photo frames on the wall. The environment is cosy and serene to offer the owners a place they can relax in.
Next to it, the dining area features a rectangle table with red-toned chairs. Two pendant lamps illuminate the space while wall decor adds a touch of personality to the space.
The kitchen presents a beautifully-composed cookspace comprising deep blue elements in the form of the cabinet surfaces and part of the wall. The space leads to the laundry/utility room which continues the colour theme.
In the master bedroom, the headboard wall is adorned with luxurious gold-hued finishing. Simple furniture and finishing keep the room romantically peaceful.
For the children’s room, the bed is tucked to the side wall dressed in a charming wallcovering depicting a starry sky while for the third bedroom, the designer kept it minimal with a beige and white palette.
