The Villa ABK by MMA Projects, situated on Pearl Jumeirah Island, offers stunning sea views and a focus on open, interconnected spaces. The design emphasizes harmonious flow and a unique vertical presence through central partitions. The custom-designed residence spans four levels, with the ground floor featuring an open space for formal activities, including a majilis and a double-height kitchen with a marble island.
The exterior, enveloped in Turkish Limra stone, showcases intricate bas-relief motifs on the lower part and a finely woven pattern on the upper surface. Inside, diverse stone textures, including Arabescato Orobico and Fior di Bosco marble, create an array of surface aesthetics. A grand entrance door with bronze finishes and a 9-meter height adds to the luxurious atmosphere.
The interior cladding features grey Fior di Bosco and Verde Antigua marbles, complemented by Canaletto Walnut wood. The staircase, a sinuous Fior di Bosco marble masterpiece, and decorative bronzed brass-clad steps exemplify meticulous craftsmanship. The outdoor area combines Basalto Grigio stone with matte white ceramic, while the interior blends light shades of grey and green with warm wood tones.
Ample natural light floods the space through generously sized windows, enhanced by striking chandeliers, including a mother-of-pearl chandelier in the main living area. A leather “belt” chandelier with LED crystal lamps becomes a focal point in the show-kitchen area. Luminous effects play with shadows on the staircase wall, highlighting the recurring stone “blade” motif.
The villa also incorporates a comprehensive home automation system for seamless management of various functions, ensuring both comfort and efficiency.
