The design language for this modern contemporary home designed by SQFT Space Design Management Sdn Bhd is eloquently elegant in a distinctive way. Smooth surfaces pair effortlessly with patterned walls and warm textures to evoke an easy-going vibe that is personal at the same time.
In the living room, furniture pieces and soft furnishing express a sense of order and creative panache. Decorative accents like the art prints and designer paraphernalia uplift the neutral backdrop of subtle tones. The feature wall which accommodates the TV further elevates the space with its vertical lines. To maximise the use of space, the designers incorporated open shelves above the TV console. The home also features a cosy AV room done up in a neutral palette with exquisite details to create a space that invites rest and relaxation.
Complementing the cosy living area is the glamorous dining room. Gold rims highlight the unique dining table while blending with the solid wood chairs. Globe-like pendant lamps add a whimsical appeal while potted plants create a fresh and lively atmosphere.
Next to it, the kitchen is similarly luxurious. A classic meets contemporary effect is evident with its black and white cabinetry. A bar counter with slim gold frames imbues the space with hints of class and style. To create a more vibrant look, its terrazzo surface tastefully accentuates the elegant kitchen. For a playful touch, the backsplash is done up in illustrated tiles featuring a lush jungle with monkeys and exotic birds.
Keeping the design theme consistent, the designers continued their creative approach in the bedrooms. In the master bedroom, a dark blue wall with a pair of round mirrors stands out immediately, drawing the eyes to the king-sized bed. The walk-in wardrobe maintains the minimalist style with its open storage system highlighted by a plush backdrop.
Softer tones are used for the other three bedrooms. One of them takes on a light yellow headboard and a creamy white palette while the other two features neutral shades of light browns and beiges. Beautiful accessories set a calm and serene mood in these sleeping quarters, inspiring rest and rejuvenation instantly.
