Spazehaus brought a fresh and dynamic work environment to life for CT Unity Office, a property consultancy firm. The design presents a bold and chic concept, effortlessly merging professional sophistication with a sense of visual flair.
The interior is anchored by a palette of neutrals and darker warm tones, which establish a grounded and elegant atmosphere. Bright yellow accents are used strategically throughout to inject vibrancy, creating a sense of energy and freshness without overwhelming the overall aesthetic.
At the reception, a grey stone counter takes centre stage, mirroring the backdrop that neatly accommodates the company logo. The result is a confident and polished first impression that speaks to the firm’s professionalism.
The main office area is open and spacious, benefiting from an abundance of natural lighting. This is complemented by strategically placed artificial lighting, including pendant lamps and discreet strip lighting that adds depth and visual interest. Dark feature walls are kept clean, punctuated only with inspirational quotes that subtly motivate and uplift.
Wooden workdesks are paired with ergonomic office chairs and side cabinets, which serve to delineate individual workspaces without compromising the openness of the layout. The adjacent meeting area follows suit with the same furnishing approach, maintaining visual continuity and a collaborative tone.
Adding to the character of the space is a long bar counter positioned at the window—a perfect spot for relaxed conversations or solo moments of reflection. The pantry area, though compact, feels inviting and considered. Sleek cabinetry and a grey-toned backsplash continue the overall design language, while high chairs and a bar counter provide a convenient space for quick meals and informal exchanges.
