Sustainability is the cornerstone of this residence where eco-friendly materials and non-toxic mineral paint are fundamental throughout the project. The first-floor living and dining rooms feature a grey-toned Wabi-Sabi aesthetic, with plaster-textured wall paint adding understated elegance and tranquillity.
Upstairs, natural light enhances botanical wallpaper and custom metal guardrails, evoking the charm of a British garden. The couple’s study blends wood slats and stone textures, infusing Zen elements for a minimalist yet cosy design. The subdued downstairs contrasts with the vibrant visuals upstairs, reflecting family life’s dynamic nature.
The second floor is primarily a children’s play area with a piano, while the exterior balcony includes a water-change system for the saltwater aquarium. The duplex layout seamlessly connects spaces, fostering effortless interaction between parents and children.
