This modern luxury multi-generational residence blends elegance with family-centred design by merging two bungalows into one harmonious living space for three generations. The concept emphasises distinct yet connected living areas, balancing privacy and togetherness. The exterior features a sophisticated black, white, and bronze palette with warm wood accents, creating a modern and inviting façade.
At the heart of the residence, a double-volume central gathering space with a crystal chandelier, marble feature wall, and bronze accents sets the stage for family bonding and celebrations.
The Left Building, designed for the eldest son’s family, offers a stylish open-concept living area in black and bronze tones. The Right Building, created for the parents and siblings features a bar, perfect for entertaining.
