This home was redesigned to suit the client’s family lifestyle, starting with an expanded entryway featuring a walk-in wine cellar and a flanked shoe cabinet. A rectangular public space ensures smooth flow, with curved sofas placed back-to-back with the French doors to maintain openness.
A concealed sliding door separates the kitchen and dining area to block cooking fumes. The private spaces include a bathroom near the walk-in closet and a reading nook within the sleep zone, allowing the couple to enjoy shared yet independent routines. Additionally, a maid’s room and bathroom were added to the back balcony for elderly care.
The monochromatic colour palette enhances textured tiles and wall finishes, creating a grand yet inviting aesthetic.
