In this residence, the design team curated open public spaces to accommodate different age groups and recreational needs. A bar counter serves as a space for light meals and social interaction, while the rear garden offers a spacious, relaxing gathering area. The elderly parents’ room on the ground floor ensures convenience and safety, allowing easy access and immediate care from family members.
A neutral colour palette with wood tones creates a serene backdrop. Large French doors and fluted glass welcome natural light, seamlessly connecting indoors and outdoors. Recessed and indirect lighting softly enhances the space.
Preserving original installations minimises waste, while flexible lighting controls enhance functionality and energy efficiency. Using natural materials like wood and marble ensures a healthier, eco-friendly home.
