Colours can definitely transform spaces, as this 1,500 sqft condo home exemplifies. A project by SQFT Space Design Management, this cosy dwelling blends an eye-catching range of bright tones and plush furnishing to convey a distinctively vibrant outlook.
While the backdrop maintains a clean and minimalist approach, the key living spaces were given a personalised touch using a dynamic palette. Take the living room, for instance. Here, a cosy upholstered lounge and armchair atop a rug highlight the space. To accentuate the furnishing elements, bright orange pillows and decorative features were employed, adding a pop of colour to the room.
A slim wood shelving further highlights the panelled feature, complementing the minimalist backdrop of the living space. Right behind the sofa, an eight-seater dining set is complemented by a built-in cabinet displaying various art pieces and paraphernalia.
In the kitchen, warm wood finishes evoke a welcoming feeling instantly. The design team also included a breakfast bar with a grey countertop – the same material as the backsplash in the cookspace.
The bedrooms mirror the same bright and cosy effect of the living hall. In the master suite, a plush ambience ensues, thanks to a composition of soft furnishings like window dressing and bedding. The room extends to a spacious walk-in wardrobe featuring open shelving encased in glass.
