A literal masterpiece by Taiwan-based design firm Ink Design Space, the Fine-Pointed Masterpiece project, a residential condominium features the art of refined design with luxurious urban living. With sweeping views across the city skyline, this high-rise residence is a serene, stylish haven that balances bold design gestures with thoughtful, human-centric touches.
From first glance, the interior’s clean and luxurious language is striking. Open-plan living spaces are artfully defined by sculptural furniture and elegant proportions. A sophisticated palette of greys dominates the scheme, yet the atmosphere never feels cold or austere — instead, it’s elevated by the considered use of bold accent colours that inject warmth and personality into each room.
At the heart of the living area, an exquisite marble feature wall becomes the pièce de résistance. Its dramatic, organic veining transforms it into a standalone artwork, setting the tone for the entire space. Opposite, plush designer seating in muted tones invites relaxation, while expansive sliding doors open onto a generous balcony, drawing in the dynamic rhythm of the city beyond.
The dining area, though minimal in form, offers a sense of quiet grandeur. Plush upholstered chairs soften the monochromatic palette, while a statement chandelier above provides both visual interest and ambient lighting. Adjacent to this, the open-concept kitchen dazzles in sleek white finishes — a deliberate contrast to the rich, dark materials used throughout the main living spaces. This juxtaposition not only creates visual clarity but also highlights the kitchen as a distinct and functional hub.
Throughout the residence, the notion of balance is clearly expressed — a theme echoed in the designer’s own statement. “The transparent French windows of the high-rise building reflect the magnificent urban view and drag captivating night scenes into the mansion,” they explain. “We featured the modish simple Italian sectional sofas as the core of the interior design… ultimately accomplishing a highbrow residence with both aesthetic and functional features.”
In the private quarters, bedrooms are conceived as personal sanctuaries. Soft furnishings and rich textures cocoon the space in comfort, offering a striking contrast to the expansive openness of the public areas. These private domains are carefully insulated from the main areas, allowing for a harmonious flow between sociability and solitude.
The design also embraces practicality and sustainability. Custom-shaped faux ceilings cleverly conceal structural beams, while user-oriented appliances and eco-friendly flooring choices ground the space in modern sensibility.
Fine-Pointed Masterpiece is more than just a name — it’s a fitting expression of a residence that captures the nuances of elegant urban living. It reflects a considered design ethos where form and function, art and architecture, privacy and openness, all come together in perfect symmetry.
