The Sacoor Brothers Pavilion Kuala Lumpur office has been re-imagined as a sleek contemporary urban oasis, delivering a refreshing take on workplace design amidst the dynamism of the city. Conceived by DEzeno, the transformation emphasises harmony between modern architecture and the natural environment, creating an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and restorative.
Situated in one of the city’s most vibrant districts, the office is composed of interconnected spaces that draw in the lush surroundings, allowing greenery to become an integral element of the interior experience. The generous use of natural materials, particularly timber and stone, softens the overall aesthetic, subtly dissolving the boundary between indoor space and the living landscape beyond.
The layout is thoughtfully divided into Common and Individual zones to support different modes of working. The common area features an inviting kitchen and dining space, encouraging casual interaction and fostering a sense of community. Long communal worktables and flexible seating options offer an adaptable environment that can shift effortlessly between focused tasks and collaborative workshops.
Meanwhile, the individual zone accommodates private meeting rooms and refined CEO suites, designed to provide comfort, discretion, and efficiency. Each room balances functionality with visual elegance, reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality and refinement.
