Classic but contemporary all the way, this 3-storey bungalow designed by ST Concepts expresses a distinctive French-inspired concept without compromising urban sophistication.
At 6,300 sqft, there’s ample space for the designers to incorporate a wide variety of details, but to ensure proportion and balance, every single detail was meticulously designed to align with the primary luxurious concept.
“The client wanted a home with luxurious French accents to portray a classy lifestyle,” the design team explains. “They requested for a unique masterpiece with a cosy yet elegant home ambience to reflect their taste and preference. Based on their requirements, we went for a contemporary and urban French concept to bring a variety of luxurious accents together.”
Stepping in from the foyer, the living room impresses with its selection of furniture and fittings. Here, a light grey upholstered sofa atop a textured white rug draws the eye to a dazzling crystal chandelier above as well as a shiny grand piano near the window. Throughout these key spaces, the designer implemented gold elements such as gold inlays, mirror surfaces, curved details and artistic features to infuse an opulent glow into the home.
Colourful themes in the bedrooms generate a lively vibe. In one of the bedrooms, pink, whites and blues complement the feminine theme. At the headboard, cloud-like lighting pieces give the space a perfect finishing touch. In the master bedroom, an elegant theme steals the limelight with a range of exquisite furnishing while an awe-inspiring mural wall in the ensuite bathroom is a surprising but delightful touch to inject the marble-clad space with a vibrant pop of colour.
The home also consists of other rooms featuring their own themes. For example, in one of the guest rooms, reflective surfaces bring out an elegant vibe, while in the entertainment room and gym, the designers kept to a simple yet functional theme.
