Project: Comfort in Peace
Location: Tainan, Taiwan

Located in Tainan City’s bustling East District, this project offers a serene retreat from the fast-paced surroundings. The neutral-toned façade and cabinetry, crafted from wood and stone, embody natural purity, creating a tranquil haven inspired by Wabi-Sabi aesthetics.
The five-story layout gradually enhances privacy while providing ample recreational and personal spaces. The first floor welcomes guests in a cosy seating area, while the open-plan living and dining space on the second floor fosters gatherings. The third floor houses the master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, followed by additional bedrooms on the fourth. The fifth floor features a tearoom and balcony, embracing Wabi-Sabi charm.
Natural materials, eco-friendly furniture, and traditional Japanese Shikkui plaster enhance comfort, humidity control, and sustainability.
