In this roughcast home, flexible furnishings and innovative materials create an understated yet refined living experience. The designer, contractor, and construction team carefully coordinated the process to optimize natural light from both sides. The open layout enhances brightness, reducing electricity consumption, while low-chromatic wall paint and furnishings contribute to a spacious and inviting atmosphere.
A smart home system, developed in collaboration with appliance vendors and technicians, allows lighting and air conditioning control via mobile apps, ensuring convenience and eco-friendliness. Metallic elements, faux finishes, and metallic paint add texture and depth against the clean backdrop. Additionally, repurposed tile waste in the bathroom decorates tabletops, seamlessly integrating different areas while minimising material waste.
