Cosentino and Glenfiddich Showcase How to Design Your Whisky Hour
Cosentino, the global leader in innovative surfaces for architecture and design, has teamed up with Glenfiddich, the world’s most awarded single malt Scotch whisky, to present a curated Whisky Hour experience at Cosentino Showroom where guests were invited to explore how to design the ultimate personal whisky bar experience with Cosentino and Glenfiddich. As drinks are a key element of the bar experience, Cosentino teamed up with Glenfiddich to help whisky connoisseurs and enthusiasts discover whiskies suitable for collection or personal bars. This was achieved through a whisky tasting experience led by Madeline Ng, William Grant & Sons Malaysia Ambassador, catering to various types of enjoyment, from personal leisure to entertaining guests. In addition to the whisky tasting session, guests who preferred a lighter and more refreshing alternative were treated to a specially curated Ginger Apple Fizz cocktail. Mixed by a professional mixologist using Glenfiddich whisky at a Cosentino table-turned-bar, this invigorating cocktail featured Glenfiddich 12 Year Old, apple, cinnamon tea, and ginger ale. Guests also savoured charcuterie boards plated on Cosentino surfaces, featuring an assortment of cured meats, spiced nuts, artisanal cheeses, crackers, and fresh fruits, perfectly complementing their Glenfiddich drinks. The event featured guests including Ar. Dr. Tan Loke Mun, Principal of DrTanLM Architect; Matthew Lim, Founder and Principal of Matthew Lim Associates; and Desmond Tey, TV Presenter and owner of Omakase Restaurant Sushi Shinjiru.

Haier Malaysia opened its 48th Brand Shop in Melawati Mall in collaboration with the nation’s premier consumer electronics chain store, senQ. Reflecting the growing acceptance and preference of discerning customers, sales of mid-high range of products account for 61% of Haier Malaysia Brand Shop sales.
