iN Design Hub has officially commenced pre-sales following the successful conclusion of its soft launch and strategic Memorandum of Understanding signing for the strategic partnership and collaboration at Armani BizCore by Mr Iko iN, Founder of iN Publishers and iN Design Lab together with Mr. Chris Yong, Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Armani Group. The collaboration marks a significant milestone in the development of a dedicated platform for Malaysia’s home design, renovation and home-living industries.
Located on Level 5 of Armani BizCore, iN Design Hub will comprise 62 units planned for businesses operating across the wider design and renovation ecosystem. The development is intended to bring together home-living brands, product suppliers, interior designers, renovation specialists, contractors, manufacturers, service providers and industry professionals within one integrated destination.
Unlike a conventional commercial development, iN Design Hub is positioned as an industry-focused business platform that combines commercial space with branding, media exposure, professional networking and market connectivity.

Through the collaboration, Armani BizCore contributes its property development expertise, while iN Publishers and iN Design Lab will support the market positioning, branding, promotion and industry engagement of iN Design Hub.
The development is expected to accommodate a broad range of businesses, including those involved in furniture, lighting, kitchen systems, sanitaryware, appliances, doors and windows, digital locks, surfaces, flooring, wall materials, building products, renovation services, design consultancy and lifestyle solutions.
The concept is designed to create greater convenience for property owners and industry buyers by enabling them to explore multiple product categories, professional services and business solutions within one location. The strategic MOU signing ceremony was attended by business partners, media representatives, interior design professionals, brand owners, suppliers and members of the wider home-living industry.
