IFFINA+ 2026 Connects Furniture, Manufacturing and Global Design

by creativehomex

IFFINA+ 2026 will return with an expanded international focus, bringing together furniture, design, materials, manufacturing technology and market-ready solutions within one integrated trade fair platform. The event will take place from 24 to 27 September 2026 at NICE PIK 2 in Jakarta and will form part of the Indonesia Materials, Manufacturing & Furniture Connect platform.

Beginning in 2026, Amara Group and Koelnmesse GmbH will bring together four major trade fairs: IFFINA+, interzum jakarta, International Hardware Fair Indonesia and IFMAC WOODMAC, organised in cooperation with Indonesian exhibition organiser WAKENI. Each exhibition will retain its specialist focus. interzum jakarta will showcase materials, components and production solutions; IFMAC WOODMAC will present woodworking machinery and manufacturing technology; International Hardware Fair Indonesia will cover hardware and tools; and IFFINA+ will feature finished furniture, home and lifestyle products, office solutions, and outdoor furniture.

By bringing the four exhibitions together during the same industry week, the platform will connect suppliers, manufacturers, designers, distributors, buyers and industry decision-makers in one business environment. As the flagship furniture exhibition of the Indonesian Furniture and Craft Industry Association, ASMINDO, IFFINA+ 2026 will also be powered by imm cologne. The cooperation will connect imm cologne’s international network and design expertise with Indonesia’s manufacturing strengths, craft heritage and emerging design talent.

Alongside the main exhibition, IFFINA+ will feature Immersive Expo, Talks+, Youth+, the Homeliving Festival, business-matching activities and international programmes focusing on office and outdoor furniture. The integrated platform is expected to attract approximately 800 exhibitors and 15,000 professional visitors from more than 20 countries and regions.

“Bringing these exhibitions together represents an important milestone for Indonesia and the wider Asia-Pacific region,” said Mathias Kuepper, Managing Director and Regional President Asia-Pacific of Koelnmesse Pte Ltd. “By integrating materials, manufacturing and furniture, Indonesia can further strengthen its position as a regional manufacturing and sourcing centre.”

Dedy Rochimat, Chairman of ASMINDO, added that the platform will help companies expand market access and create new international opportunities, particularly for Indonesian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. By connecting raw materials and production technologies with finished furniture, design and international markets, IFFINA+ 2026 aims to support the long-term growth and global competitiveness of Indonesia’s furniture industry.
