Through meticulous curation and a keen eye for detail, Hoe & Yin Design Sdn Bhd has set a new benchmark in modern luxury living, exemplified in the award-winning Sky Vogue show unit in Bukit Jalil. Departing from traditional panelling, the designers embraced innovative graphic elements and lighting techniques, ensuring every corner of this space radiates sophistication. This approach infuses each space with a distinctive character, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
The living room brings out a harmonious blend of contemporary elegance and comfort that the designers were aiming for. A camel brown leather sofa and modern coffee table anchor the space, where bold neutrals set a sophisticated tone. The play of textures, with plush elements juxtaposed against solid, polished surfaces, adds depth and interest. A feature wall adorned with classic grey panels injects a contemporary yet sophisticated ambience, tying the room together with understated elegance.
Across the room, a six-seater dining table rests atop a decorative rug, creating a cohesive yet distinct space within the open layout. The adjacent dry kitchen features a solid marble countertop that highlights the dark cabinetry, seamlessly blending functionality with style. The wet kitchen mirrors this aesthetic, using the same marble for the backsplash to maintain a consistent decorative theme throughout.
In the first bedroom, a fluted feature wall doubles as a headboard, embodying the contemporary concept of the space. An arched shelving system carved out of the wall serves as a study nook, adding both functionality and charm.
Another bedroom employs the classic grey panels seen in the living room, adhering to a grey and white palette. A built-in glass-encased wardrobe with underlighting keeps the space tidy and sleek, enhancing the room’s modern aesthetic.
In this project, budget also plays a key role in the outcome of the interior design.”One of the most remarkable aspects of this project is creating a luxurious interior within stringent budget constraints. Despite these limitations, we leveraged creativity and resourcefulness to craft spaces that exude opulence and sophistication, setting a new standard for upscale living on a budget,” the design team shares.
