Modern and stylish all the way, this home is adorned with a vibrant concept that pulls different decorations and materials together.
Luxuriously charming in nature and modern contemporary in concept, this condo is exquisitely accentuated by a pleasant palette of dark and light tones expressed elegantly in the form of sofas and seating options, soft furnishing and lighting choices. Homing into the modern concept, the clever utilisation of space is seen in the living room where focus is given to the walls done up in sleek panels and fashionable wall shelves. In contrast, cosy sofas and pillows along with a sophisticated rug are added on to create the perfect romantic setting. The designers have also chosen the accessories carefully – for instance the retro floor lamp and the decorative items complemented by indoor potted plants, resulting in a wellstyled room that exudes personal taste and flair.
The dining room, which is designed for personal meals and also entertaining guests, gives off an atmosphere of warmth and liveliness. A streamlined dining table with glass top and wooden legs is complemented by four wood-framed chairs. To anchor in a unique look, a set of three stylish hanging bulbs casts a cosy glow over the dining area. On one wall, the surface follows the same panelled treatment and eye-catching wall shelves from the living room, creating a focal point for the dining space.
Right next to it, the open kitchen is kept pristinely minimalist with white finishing and cabinetry. A drop-down ceiling in this space visually separates the kitchen from the rest of the living areas. Appliances are tucked neatly into the built-in cabinets while a sink is carved into the L-shaped counter. While the cookspace is small in size, the key elements have been incorporated thoughtfully to create a comfortable work triangle.
For the bedrooms, the designer kept to a warm and soft look with wood taking lead. Space is maximised in the study area where custom-made cabinets ensure the space is clean and spacious. To match the white surfaces of the built-in cabinets, the desk features warm wood finishing which enhances the cosy look of the room.
