MY FAVOURITE INTERNATIONAL DESIGN AWARDS 我最喜愛的國際設計獎（MFID）自 2012 年首度亮相以來，旨在發掘世界各地室內設計領域優秀的設計菁英，提供專業的競技舞台，徵集全球具有卓越質量與最具啟發性的豪華住宅設計作品。該獎項由 iN Publishers Sdn Bhd（英出版社私人有限公司）創辦人 iko iN 舉辦，其籌辦的獎項受到國際設計界認可，MFID 作為連結國內外室內設計界各專業人士的重要樞紐，支援每個參與者與業內龍頭、合作夥伴建立聯繫。

本案位於雪州梳邦（Subang）的一處豪宅，業主是年屆五旬的退休夫婦更是藝術品收藏家，希望在現有的住宅旁邊擴建一個附樓，空間保有一定的實用、舒適性，以及能體現精緻的藝術品味。設計師遂剖析基地屋況、庭院條件，並根據業主的生活方式進行個性化定制，提供靈活性的設計方案，以適應未來的生活需求，比如書房區域可彈性調整成爲客臥。在盈滿木質調的場域内，餐廳區正面泳池景觀，盎然生機滿足視覺上感動，厨房設有苔蘚水族箱，爲空間增添獨特風韻。材料方面，精選大理石地坪、深棕木貼皮、銀狐大理石等，圍塑出極具精緻有深度的現代熱帶寓所。

30年高齡住宅經過設計師改造後，重新塑造成了當代設計的未來典範，不僅優化空間體驗，增添引人入勝的美學細節，呈現出一場創新時尚的設計盛宴。整體空間運用開放式格局放大空間尺度，起居區和庭園空間相連，讓人與自然和諧共處。客廳配備柔軟的皮革沙發，配置頂級娛樂設施，使空間規劃更加輕鬆舒適，同時兼顧娛樂性，讓業主得以在寬敞空間中和家人好友同樂。透過規劃多功能區域，從工作到娛樂，可隨時滿足各家庭成員不同的活動需求，增進彼此間的交流與互動。柔和的色彩搭配、低調的設計手法，搭配品牌家具和傢飾，在空間裡刻劃出豪華印象。

於上世紀30年代落成的加州別墅，經過設計師巧手改造，透過硬木地板與木質調進行鋪底，挹注70年代的復古元素，搖身一變成爲既時尚又復古的現代住宅。設計師將原有的五間臥室進行重新配置，變成附帶私人浴室的四間臥室佈局，足以因應一家四口的生活需求。設計著重在模糊室内與室外之間的界限，以「借景」手法以引景入室，和諧地搭佐環境特色，善用隱形滑門改善通風與採光效果，一旦把門敞開，便能欣賞綠洲般的室外綠意，盡可能保有空間格局的開放性，創造輕鬆舒壓的生活環境。

作品「 Josef Residence」坐落在 Solaris Dutamas 社區，設計師將業主對於極簡主義的喜愛與溫馨的家景想象，進行細緻描繪並賦予全新定義，從周圍的自然景觀汲取靈感，環境以大面積木色與白色鋪敘，在格局上也完善地利用玻璃窗戶，引入豐沛自然光灑入室内，將室內設計與室外景色達到無縫融合，同時也通過郁蔥綠植增添了熱帶魅力。業主獨到的個人品味與想法在本案的設計構思過程中，發揮著關鍵作用，從精心策劃的色彩到材料的細緻選擇（如岩板和薄木貼面）構築出美學與功能並重的居住空間。
