Masterfully designed by Id Industries, this triplex condo features touches of oriental charm within its modern interior without being over the top. With a double volume ceiling height, the living space is bathed in natural light and the use of sheer curtains preserve the privacy of the occupants without completely blocking out the sunlight.

The olive green sofa set in the living space is joined by several chairs as well as a coffee table which exhibits oriental elements, striking a balance. Grass might be perceived as a luxury available only to landed properties but the designers at Id Industries have defied the odds by decking the balcony out in artificial grass so the homeowners can still enjoy the feel of grass beneath their feet in a condo.

In all of the rooms, both open and closed storage units are available in abundance to keep clutter at bay, keeping the concept of simplicity and minimalism in this home consistent. Instead of sticking to tradition and having beds with headboards against the wall, the designers have opted for standalone headboards in the middle of the room. By doing this, it not only gives the illusion of more space but the headboard can also be used as storage or a display shelf. Double sinks in the bathroom are a great way to ensure that everyone gets their personal space. Additionally, the well-lit staircase does not only add aesthetic value but is also a great way to prevent unwanted accidents especially in the middle of the night. While oriental elements are evident throughout the triplex such as the cabinets in the living area, the Chinese vase as well as framed calligraphy scroll, the designers have managed to strike a balance between modernism and Asian culture in this stunning home.
