With just a single-storey layout to work with, the Konzept Interior Design team has done a tremendous job churning out bungalow-worthy interiors into the compact spaces. The living space is an excellent example of a contemporary design at its family-friendly best, as the neutral palette gives off a pleasant vibe, and the clean lines of the furniture add to the smooth feeling. One of the characteristics of contemporary design is creating a single strong focal point – like the fantastic timber feature panel with sparkling mirrored strips. It’s swanky, but not over the top, as it is kept in check by its gentle chestnut tones and neat horizontal lines.

We love the dining room for its soothing chocolate browns, but we especially adore the way the designers use small, changeable touches – the flowers and table settings – to add tiny jolts of colour. And what about the master bedroom? Don’t you just love the perfect combination of harmonious colours and creative feature wall? Its bold design is definitely a conversation-starter, but it’s not overpowering thanks to its black squares, which blend well with the dark walls behind. The other bedrooms also share similar calming shades and furniture styles. What set them apart are their eye-catching wallpapered feature walls. Simply fabulous!
