BRILLIANT THIRTEEN’S interior designers, MK Chong and Annie transformed PDVL Overseas Advisory office into an artistic industrial interior. Spaces as such usually consist of exposed, unfinished brick walls and ceilings. The red brick walls and low sheen finish concrete floor add personality to this office space. However, the ceiling is painted black to highlight the brick walls and showcase the unbelievably cool-looking hanging shuttlecock lights. In the reception hall, photo frames beautifully adorn the bare wall. Reading materials are unintentionally made as part of the room decor, while serving as leisure for the waiting guests. Stretching tall and proud, the ceiling mounted shelves occupy the central space next to the reception hall.
On top of that, the meeting room of this advisory department is creatively remodeled into a relaxing discussion space. Monochrome illustration of The London Eye, Stonehenge and few London attractions by the designers using Nippon Momento paint evoke the interest of Malaysian students who are interested to study in the UK, as well inspire fresh ideas and a sense of creativity. Inspired and rendered from the easel, the glass meeting table instantly brings simplicity and modernity into the meeting room. Verdict? This place is truly an art revolution.
