For this large-scale family home, Pins Design Studio has completely revamped some of the key spaces including the dining, kitchen and utility rooms on the ground floor and the bedroom on the upper level. A contemporary concept ties the new spaces and the original ones together, amplified through a harmonious use of sophisticated and functional details to bring out an updated look.
In the living room, a beautifully designed dark wood feature wall
which accommodates the TV sets the tone for the rest of the
space.
The dining area expresses a minimalist outlook with simple yet bold details.
A few steps away, the open kitchen is a picture-perfect showcase
of well-composed details and practical accents.
A dark-toned freestanding wall is strategically
placed in the centre of the master bedroom, creating an elegant headboard
for the bed.
A study area is implemented in the other side of the feature wall.
The master bath is kept cool and elegant using marble and glass.
