This model home is designed for first-time buyers, featuring a vibrant palette and dynamic materials. Clean lines and bold patterns create character within a minimalist aesthetic. Instead of traditional partitions or fully open layouts, full-height, semi-open shelving units serve as both dividers and striking focal points, balancing privacy with openness.
Inspired by lush park views, the interior contrasts crisp white with natural wood, green walls, and stone textures, seamlessly blending indoors and outdoors. A semi-open layout with grey-tinted glass and wood shelving maintains privacy while ensuring an airy feel. Modular cabinets replace traditional woodwork, offering durability, eco-friendliness, and cost-efficiency. These reusable elements reduce waste, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to sustainability and responsible design.
