This thoughtfully designed vacation home balances modern comfort with natural materials. Rich textures, smart technology, and an open layout come together to create a warm and functional living space. Every detail is crafted to support connection, relaxation, and effortless living.
To start, the designer defines the space with laminated wood flooring and a timber façade, creating a rich, dark aesthetic. An antique-finished viscount white granite slab, sand-textured paint, and curved shelving complement the travertine stone TV wall. The open-plan layout encourages gatherings while ensuring connectivity between family members. A smart home system enhances convenience with lighting, ambiance control, and energy management.
Indirect lighting at the entryway, inspired by REIL, adds warmth, while seamless cabinetry maintains a sleek, clutter-free look. A built-in entryway closet ensures discreet storage, while custom walk-in closets meet family needs.Barrier-free flooring and eco-friendly materials ensure a safe, toxin-free environment. The balcony, with artificial lawn and outdoor seating, offers stunning seaside views, enhancing the home’s relaxing retreat.
