In September 2024, Emperor Group launched ONE JARDINE’S LOOKOUT, a luxury residential project in Hong Kong’s Happy Valley. Oft Interiors collaborated on the sales centre design, ensuring an immersive and seamless buyer journey. A grand entrance corridor with stacked archways and directional lighting enhances the sense of arrival, leading to an immersive presentation area in a calming moss-green palette, reflecting a refined lifestyle.
The efficient access corridor connects functional areas, reinforcing the urban sanctuary concept with natural wood veneers. A circular private consultation area blends Eastern and Western aesthetics, offering comfort and exclusivity. The interactive model area, featuring a domed ceiling and visual illusions, expands spatial perception, drawing attention to the meticulously crafted scale model.
