For this home in Setia Ecopark, a unique outlook combining modern contemporary elements with classic accents is employed. This was made possible with the help of FIX Interior who designed the interior spaces of the bungalow. For decorating and furnishing his home, the owner also made sure that his favourite home and interior brands were included as well.

The grey sofa from Novel takes the spotlight while grey curtains from Curtainsplace envelope the place in a lush and luxurious ambience. On one side of the wall, a collection of lamp shades is framed up creatively right above a gold coloured console table from Kare. For the opposite wall which stretches horizontally all the way towards the open kitchen, a series of panels painted by Nippon Paint in a striking blue tone is employed, giving the entire ground floor space a lively and unique appeal. Here, more furniture pieces from Kare and Timeless bring out the tasteful decor. A red mirror panel designed to resemble a telephone booth from Kare adds a strong focal point while built-in bookshelves ingeniously give the family more storage space while keeping clutter out of sight.
The dining room which is set adjacent to the open kitchen takes on a modern classic look – thanks to the combination of the modern dining table set and its classical centrepiece. Two chandeliers illuminate the room beautifully while luscious curtains from Curtainsplace soften the entire environment. For the open kitchen which is designed by Rowenta, the dark wood cabinets offer just the perfect touch to tie the room together. For the wet kitchen, functionality is prioritised. To ensure that everything runs efficiently, the owner chose a full range of Fotile appliances which include a kitchen hob, hood, oven and microwave oven along with a stylish Sharp fridge.
In the master bedroom, a king sized bed with Isaiah mettress and decorative frames anchors the room beautifully. What stands out is the floral wall covering from Goodrich which provides an alluring romantic ambience. Isaiah mattress is selected because the couple really likes how the mattress supports them, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Acson air conditioners are also used to keep the room cool and cosy. For the ensuite bathroom, everything is kept clean and clutter-free.
Other features include Breezway louvered windows which ensure optimal privacy while allowing natural air and light to enter the house. LED lights are also used throughout as the owner would go for energy saving products whenever possible. For stronger security, doors and windows are kept locked and secure using Yale digital locks from Assa Abloy.
