Home owners looking for their favourite home and furnishing products can now shop to their hearts’ content at Thailand’s leading one-stop home product centre, HomePro, now open at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya, Malaysia.

In January, HomePro opened its first ever home product centre in Putrajaya under the same brand. This is also HomePro’s first investment outside Thailand which kick-starts the company’s rapid expansion plans into the ASEAN region. Located on the lower ground floor of the West Wing of IOI City Mall, the store occupies 100,000 square feet of floor space.
Officiating the ribbon-cutting ceremony were Y.B. Tuan Amirudin Shari, Chairman of Standing Committee for Entrepreneurship Development; Mr. Anant Asavabhokhin, Chairman of HomePro Thailand along with other Board of Directors; and Mr. Anuchar Jitjaturunt, Managing Director of HomePro Malaysia. During the ceremony, HomePro Malaysia also donated some home essential goods to the victims of the recent flood crisis in the East Coast. Encik Hamsah was present to accept the donation on behalf of Y.B. Puan Dr. Daroyah binti Alwi, Chairman of Standing Committee for Health, Welfare, Women and Families Affairs.
HomePro began operations in Thailand back in 1995 and currently has more than 70 branches in its home country with plans to roll out approximately 12 stores within the next few years in Malaysia.
