With a unique style that GI Design dubbed “shocking elegance”, this office stays true to the designer’s vision with a myriad of details that allow it to stand out with a touch of contemporary sophistication.
At 2,400 sqft, the interior features a spacious layout organised around the main working area to create an easy flow. All around, dark-toned structural frames against an exposed ceiling evoke a touch of contrast with the warm wood herringbone flooring, infusing an industrial-inspired look to maintain a cohesive outcome.
A counter with a white top demarcates the space towards the front, while the streamlined stairway draws the eyes towards the workspaces further into the office area. A few steps away, the pantry/kitchenette catches our attention immediately with its bold red cabinetry and sleek built-in appliances. In the centre, a kitchen island with its dark marble countertop matches the splashback of the kitchen cabinet, while bar chairs offer employees a cosy space to chill out, have a meal, or chat with colleagues. Adjacent to the pantry is the washroom, which continues the vibrant look with a black and white theme.
