The development is organised around a verdant courtyard, where mature trees and lush planting establish a living heart for the project. This central garden not only preserves the natural character of the site but also creates a sense of calm seclusion, reflecting the Costa Rican architects’ vision of blending architecture seamlessly with nature.

Apartments are arranged along the site’s perimeter, framing the courtyard while maintaining privacy and maximising outward views. The design encourages residents to feel deeply connected with the landscape, where light, wind, and greenery animate every corner of the shared sanctuary.

A carefully chosen palette of natural finishes enhances this sense of integration, balancing modern sophistication with the raw beauty of the jungle.

Lightweight construction and prefabricated concrete panels minimise disruption to the land while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Meanwhile, the landscape design enriches biodiversity, softening the architecture and celebrating Costa Rica’s natural vibrancy.
