As you enter the house, the cool sensation from a swath of black and white welcomes you with its simple yet effective design approach. While many of us know monochromes to be somewhat a little too stark and boring, Sky Creation mixes things up by incorporating natural elements into the entire space.

The living area, for instance, dons wooden fooring and uses lightly coloured curtains to match. These contrasting elements inject a sophisticated yet balanced feel to the living area. The same treatment is used in the dining and kitchen. The kitchen is decked with white cabinets while sleek appliance choices help to keep this enclosed space contemporary and up-to-date.

Moving on to the bedrooms, the element of coolness is being gradually reduced with the introduction of wooden cabinets within the bedrooms. The designer has an eye for detail as shown by the understated detailing in the bathroom. White washed cabinets are built in with a wide panelled mirror to help widen the cornered space while adding a touch of elegance. Sufficient spaces for storage also play a pivotal role in keeping the bathroom nice and clean, minus the clutter.
