A hearty congratulations to LED lighting specialist Oxy One Sdn Bhd for winning the HomeDec 2014 Quality Award recently. Evaluated by two judges from different professional backgrounds, Oxy One was judged based on the performance and benefits of that their key product, LED T8.
“We explained that we sold more than 100,000 pieces of the LED T8 in the market,” says Simon Wong, Business Development Manager of Oxy One as he gives a recap about the competition. “This range is one of our many hot-selling products and for good reason. First of all, customers can easily retrofit the product into existing fittings to replace a conventional fluorescent tube of 36W. Additionally, this LED is a green energy product, which means savings in electricity and money along with a longer life span and bright illumination. According to Wong, winning the award proved to be more than just an honour to the company as it also helped to create stronger awareness about LED lights. “Winning this award is definitely a boost to our brand’s image especially when it’s a very competitive market out there in terms of LED products,” says Wong. “It also strengthens our reseller’s confidence in our products. After all, good quality means good choice for consumers.”
