这一集的特别嘉宾来自 X-Two Concept 的两位设计师。Icon Residence 邀请两位设计师合力完成预售单位，并且从装潢，到大小家具的挑选到一切的装饰，都完美体现出 “高品质的奢华享受”。
这一次的公寓参观和以往不同，这里的阳台不再是 “只够晒衣服”，而是大到让人感觉就像是 Semi-D/ 独立式洋房的错觉。
放眼望去，仿佛这整座城市就印入眼帘。在属于自己的空间里，X-Two Concept 设计师将它设计为泳池。你想象一下，再美好的早晨可以在这样的环境下苏醒，绝对会让你的每一天都有个美好的开始。
X-Two Concept 的设计师们为整个公寓费尽心思，在 double volume 的客厅中选择一个大小适中的灯饰。另外，在客厅和餐厅的格局中，他选用可转动的隔阂，让整个空间看起来更生动有趣。
在这套公寓设计中，设计师选用许多少见的元素例如：在客厅中摆放一匹马。你觉得不可能？? 看了你就知道～～～
设计师也在直播中大方分享关于设计的小理念，如：挑选金色／银色的装饰品，让这一些空间中的小配备成为你营造空间奢华感的重点配角。
