From 8 to 12 February 2019 Ambiente will open its doors to the world. For five days, this globally recognized trade fair in Frankfurt, Germany will function as a trend barometer and design platform for interior design, furnishings, gifts, dining, kitchenware and houseware.

For 2019, India is the partner country for Ambiente, and is all geared to inspire visitors with diverse and skilful craftsmanship. In the partner country presentation, Ayush Kasliwal, one of the country’s foremost designers, combines traditional production methods with contemporary aesthetics and redefines the concept of handmade manufacturing. Historic and modern elements also come together in the “Starry Night Café” by Sandeep Sangaru – an opulent creation in calm blue tones in which the use of bamboo features prominently.
