In 2025, Steve Leung Design Group has partnered with Moorgen to launch Art of Living by STEVE LEUNG, a new brand positioned at the intersection of interior design, soft furnishing and smart-home integration.
Rather than offering bespoke interiors on a project-by-project basis, the new brand introduces a systematised “soft furnishing loading package” model — a productised approach that delivers a fully furnished, fully functional home at the point of handover. The ambition is clear: to shift residential delivery from “empty shell” to “ready-to-live”.


The partnership brings together complementary strengths. Steve Leung Design Group contributes nearly three decades of experience in high-end residential design, known for its refined spatial language and meticulous coordination of furniture, lighting and materials. Moorgen, meanwhile, operates a large-scale smart-home ecosystem, offering more than 1,200 products supported by over 550 patents, alongside an established manufacturing and retail infrastructure.

Each package comes with a clear bill of materials and upfront pricing, designed to eliminate hidden costs while simplifying decision-making for homeowners seeking turnkey solutions.


The offering is structured around seven modular packages: furniture, lighting, soft furnishings (including curtains, bedding and cushions), storage, art, appliances and smart-home systems. Clients can select and combine modules based on lifestyle needs, allowing a degree of personalisation within a standardised framework.

By leveraging supply-chain integration and scale, the brand positions itself as delivering “designer-level aesthetics with industrial-level efficiency” — a model that reflects broader shifts in the property sector, where developers and homeowners alike are seeking higher delivery standards, faster timelines and clearer cost control.
