The most anticipated convention of the year, the Property Investment Convention 2014 organized by Wealth Mastery Academy (WMA) Wealth Mastery Academy has successfully hosted their 5th annual convention event which was held on 12-13 July 2014 at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre (SPCC). Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya.
This renowned convention which was first organized by WMA in 2010 has seen tremendous growth of its participants over the years. The Property Investment Convention is an ideal platform for property investors to explore the latest property market trends as well as strategies towards a successful property investment.
As we move into the second half of 2014, many still ponders on the future of property market scene amidst the upcoming GST implementation in 2015, recent stricter guidelines practised by Malaysia’s financial institutions as well as the steep rising of property prices in Malaysia, more particularly Iskandar Malaysia.
