01. Mix styles
There is no rule that a living, dining or even bedroom has to have identical or similar furniture. Art is freedom so unleash your inner creative spirit and freestyle it. Kick the traditional symmetrical gaze because mixing and matching is in and fun!
02. Play around with 3 colours
To make your room feel more grounded, try to minimise your selection of colours. Be it your wall paint, furnishing or decorative items – do not overwhelmed the space with more than three tones.
03. Go for shelving or leave cabinets open
An open armoire is way more interesting than a closed one! Let people explore your ‘secret’ world. Don’t be so rigid with a closed cabinet because of your conscious for a tidy room. Just focus on spending time wiping the dust… beauty is no pain if you know how to own it!

Any vintage piece brings character into a space. Pick one or two to represent uniqueness and a sentimental touch of your styling creativity.
