Spanning over 4,800 sqft, the office located at The Intermark in the heart of KL city utilises an impactful design theme to conjure a sophisticated yet cosy corporate ambience in its workspaces. A project helmed by ST Concepts, the design intention was to infuse a touch of liveliness while conveying the company’s brand identity.
From the lobby, the front entrance instantly strikes up a welcoming vibe with a white marble signage wall illuminated in blue. The reception counter uses the same polished white marble, blending flawlessly with the grey flooring. In the waiting area, the designers have decided upon a softer approach. Here, upholstered couches and chairs in a mixture of grey, blue and white hues provide a soothing backdrop to bring out the crystal chandelier.
The pantry takes on the same design elements as the reception area with marble countertops and chandelier-like pendant lighting. Bar chairs with sleek upholstery accompany the counter, lending an elegant look to the pantry area. To further accentuate the exquisite design of the office, the designers implemented details like mirror surfaces, decorative screens, and unique lighting pieces for a stronger sense of aesthetic.
The office also comprises a multi-purpose hall for town hall meetings, company events, and training sessions. Well-planned lighting ensures an optimally lit space, while a decorative panel towards the front adds in a vibrant touch.
For the main work area, the designers maintained a clean and clutter-free look with an all-white palette for the workstations. The various conference rooms, however, switch it up with neutral-toned furnishing complemented by textured finishing to create visual interest. Throughout the space, patterned grey carpeting is used to link the different areas together.
